JSX10 Replied on January 30, So my gut instinct tells me that there's something wrong with the driver, since my hardware setup has not changed in a long time, but my operating system has. Tossed the default driver and loaded up the latest Vista64 version from support. Mine will only break if I pull alot of data-speedtest. How satisfied are you with this reply?

Trying to reset the network card as suggested by Vista disable, then re-enable resulted in a system freeze as soon as I hit "disable".
